Andrei is highly experienced, having joined Autoclenz in 2014 as a PDI Technician and quickly progressing to Team Leader at Gefco UK. In 2018, Andrei was promoted to South West Account Manager, and in 2020, due to a restructure within the division, he progressed to Regional Operations Manager where he enjoyed more responsibilities and challenges. As of 2025, Andrei is now Head of South West Retail.

Pavel, who is based in Plymouth, joined Autoclenz in October 2023 and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience within the industry. His skills, expertise and commitment will help provide further support and flexibility across the South West region, which will be a huge benefit to our customers and to our team.

Denis joined Autoclenz in May 2021 where he was team leader at Murray VW Plymouth until August 2024, before moving onto onto supporting all Devon accounts as ACS Divisional Support Manager. He is hard-working, dedicated person, and a highly valued member of the team.

Roman joined the Southern Retail ACS team in 2021 following many years of experience as a Self Employed Car Valeter within the South West region. Roman enjoys his role at Autoclenz, where he says that everyone within the team supports and helps each other to ensure the company provides the very best levels of customer service. Roman enjoys travelling and visiting new places.

Serghei is highly experienced having joined Autoclenz in 2009 as a Site Manager at Autologic in Portbury Docks, where he led a team of 50 operators. In 2012 Serghei moved on to a support role, covering the South West accounts and due to his hard work, experience and commitment to the job, he was promoted to Divisional Support Manager in 2013.

Mack joined Autoclenz in 2021. Alongside his Managerial valeting background, Mack has extensive experience in Facility Management, offering the ability to expand our services across the region to enhance the experience of our customers. Mack enjoys all types of sports and getting stuck in to a good book.

Oleg started his Autoclenz career journey in 2020 after a number of years within the valeting industry gaining a wealth of knowledge of valeting and driving. Oleg enjoys his role as he gets to communicate with operators and customers. His hobbies are fishing, he also loves to travel around the country visiting different beautiful places.

Vladimir joined Autoclenz in 2025 and has vast experience in the valeting industry, with a strong understanding of operational standards and customer expectations. Based in Bristol, Vladimir supports multiple sites across Bristol and the Somerset area, working closely with teams to ensure consistency, efficiency, and high quality standards.

Sebastian’s journey within the valeting industry started when he was 18 years old, and he has been gathering knowledge and experience ever since. With a passion for cars, Sebastian started as a site cleaner before moving onto a valeting role, then car detailing. In 2024 Sebastian joined Autoclenz as our new Eco Shine Specialist.
