Rayno joined Autoclenz in 2002 after relocating from South Africa, beginning his career as a Driver & Cleaner in Lewisham. Through dedication and strong leadership, he progressed to Supervisor at London City Airport, overseeing operations for rental partners including Avis, Hertz & Europcar. Rayno went on to Fleet Controller roles at Europcar Barking, Slough and London Kings Cross, becoming the company’s first Super-Fleet Controller in the UK. He was promoted to Account Manager for the South East Rental Division in 2015, then Operations Manager, before stepping into his current role as Head of Rentals & Movements.

Ivan joined Autoclenz in 2016 and progressed to Site Manager at Avis Heathrow, where he managed a team of 160 operatives, before been promoted to his current role of Regional Operations Manager. Ivan enjoys his role, particularly the culture, daily challenges and being able to help others.

Peter joined Autoclenz in October 2014 and progressed over the years to Fleet Manager, where he managed a team of 25, before been promoted to his current role of Regional Operations Manager. Peter enjoys the daily challenges of his role, the ability to help others, and has a great relationship with his customers.

Inna joined Autoclenz in 2012 as Fleet Controller in the Southeast and Southwest, progressing to Fleet Manager in 2020 before been promoted to her current role of Training & Support Manager. Inna enjoys the freedom to take ownership of her time and be more efficient, and having a voice and a boss that listens to her ideas.
