COVID-19

Since the outbreak of COVID-19, Autoclenz have been working hard behind the scenes to enable us to continue to provide the very best solutions to our clients while ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our colleagues, customers, and partners. Below is an overview of just some of the procedures that have now been actioned to allow us to do this.

Key Touch Points

For the safety, well-being and peace of mind of your customers and your employees, Autoclenz Operatives will carry out additional sanitisation on the below key touch points:

PPE

All Autoclenz Operatives have been provided with, and must wear, the required PPE before commencing work at any site. This includes disposable gloves, safety glasses, multi-use mask (as required), protective apron (as required) and social distance Hi-Vis (as required).

Autoclenz Face Coverings

In view of recent feedback and to prevent any breach of compliance that could be associated with a showroom being classed as a retail outlet under the new government COVID legislation next week, please find an amendment to the Autoclenz COVID Return to Work guidelines;

Please note that Autoclenz will ensure that all personnel, whilst visiting the showroom or areas where the public are in close vicinity, will wear a face covering at all times. The above coverings will be less restrictive for asthma and/or COPD sufferers. Please request these from your Autoclenz manager if you do not have a mask facility in place.

Operator Communication

All Autoclenz Operatives are kept up to date of any changes to internal procedures as well as updates on government guidelines. This information is communicated via our PVMS system and via direct email to ensure that everyone is fully aware of all safety procedures when on site. All Operators returning to site will receive and sign a ‘return to work’ method statement and will also receive a COVID-5 pocket card to serve as a reminder that everyone should always continue to comply with these guidelines.

Covid-5

Following the success of the ‘Autoclenz Hi-5' and our commitment to the safety and well-being of our people, customers and partners, we will be implementing the ‘Autoclenz Covid-5’ across all sites to serve as a reminder that everyone should continue to comply with Government Guidelines.

  1. Do not shake hands or engage in bodily contact
  2. Cover mouth/nose with a tissue or sleeve when you cough or sneeze
  3. Maintain social distancing of 2 metres
  4. Wear a face mask when the 2 metre rule is not possible
  5. Wash hands with soap and warm water regularly

The Autoclenz Covid-5 will complement the systems which Autoclenz already has in place and will increase the focus for on-site safety.

Covid-19 Additional Services

As we return to business, there has been an increased demand for Drivers from our customers.

Autoclenz has provided drivers to numerous Retail Dealerships and Groups for over 20 years and offers a fully insured service (motor trade and public liability) covering the collection and delivery for service departments and sales drivers for inter-branch transfers or direct customer deliveries.

If you feel like this service could add value to your business during these times, please get in contact. We are vastly experienced and already have a solid base of drivers to call on.

Precautionary and Deep Cleans

Autoclenz now offer a fast and effective decontamination service for both facilities and vehicles including precautionary cleans or full decontamination as a result of an area or vehicle having direct contact with COVID-19.

Operatives are trained to comply with the latest government guidelines and use a product with viricidal certification EN1276 to kill Covid-19. ATB bacteria testing to support cleaning activity is also available if required.
