Introducing our Head of Midlands, Management and Divisional Support team. This dedicated team of our most experienced Autoclenz employees are here to support you and the needs of your business.
Our dedicated team in the Midlands are always available to listen and support the needs of both loyal customers and those soon to be welcomed on board.

Jon Harding
Head of Midlands Retail
Jon joined Autoclenz in 2000, bringing with him a wealth of experience to grow the newly formed SMART Repair division, adding value to our portfolio of services. After growing this sector to become an integral part of not only Autoclenz but more significantly our customers’ range of services, Jon now heads up the Midlands region.
Waseem Akhter
Midlands Site Support Manager
Waseem joined Autoclenz in 2011 as a self-employed valeter at Motorpoint, Oldbury. Following many years of hard work and dedication, Waseem progressed to Site Manager at Mercedes-Benz Birmingham,before being promoted to his current role of Midlands Site Support Manager.
Piotr Fischer
Midlands Site Support Manager
Piotr joined Autoclenz in 2010 at Chalk Farm Volvo and over the years progressed to Site Manager at BMW Park Lane where he excelled in this role, before leaving to relocate to the Midlands. After a short break Piotr returned to Autoclenz in August 2022 as Midlands Site Support Manager.
John Petrar
Midlands Site Support Manager
John joined Autoclenz in 2014 at BCA Castle Bromwich, where his main responsibilities included mopping and de-stickering. After 3 years of hard work he took on a retail valeting role, servicing many dealerships within the area. In 2017 John was promoted to Midlands Divisional Support, and then his current role of Midlands Site Support Manager.
Paul Smiley
Midlands Divisional Support
Paul joined Autoclenz in 1987 as a self-employed valeter at Colliers of Yardley and many other sites. In 2000 Paul progressed to Senior Valeter at Stratstone Land Rover, Site Manager at BCA Castle Bromwich, and then on to Divisional Support Manager, Account Manager and his current role of Midlands Divisional Support.
Paul Lakin
Midlands Divisional Support
Paul joined Autoclenz in 1989 as a valeter at Bill Boddice Volvo, Stourbridge, providing a professional service at many sites within the Midlands. Paul has progressed with Autoclenz, carrying out roles including Site Manager and Account Manager before taking on his current role as Midlands Divisional Support.
Jason Orme
Midlands Divisional Support
Jason joined Autoclenz in April 2023 following 20 years’ experience within the automotive industry, most recently as an independent contractor for AutoKleen, specialising in Vehicle Preparation & Event Logistics.
Dave Singh
Bodyshop & Smart Repair Site Manager
Dave joined Autoclenz in 2003 as a SMART Repair Technician within a main dealership in Birmingham city centre before transferring to a car supermarket where he was promoted to SMART Manager, responsible for 40 operatives. Dave was then further promoted to his current role of Bodyshop & Smart Repair Site Manager .
Marius Giurgiu
Site Compliance Manager
Marius joined Autoclenz in 2023 as Site Manager at Sytner Solihull. Prior to joining Autoclenz, Marius ran his own business and has gained over 10 years’ experience within the industry.
Marius is now Site Compliance Manager.
Roman Kawalek
Eco Shine Specialist
Roman is highly experienced, having joined Autoclenz as a Service Valeter many years ago, before moving on to Sales Valeting and more recently, Mobile Valeting, supporting customers when they needed extra resource. Roman is now the Midlands Eco Shine Specialist and enjoys travelling all over the region.
