AC-Zap launched in 2023 to support our On Demand urban mobility partners, providing Recharging & Rebalancing Solutions within UK city locations.
In urban areas, the way we get around is changing rapidly – as is the sustainable innovations and means of transport including electric vehicles, and micro mobility devices such as e-bikes and electric scooters.
AC-Zap, which is part of Autoclenz Group, supports leading providers with the maintenance and movements of these vehicles, including recharging, safety checks, cleaning, and re-balancing, to ensure their fleet is spread evenly throughout their network, in the right place at the right time.

Our operatives are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist with the maintenance and movements of our partner’s assets.”

So how does this work?
We charge or swap batteries in situ to ensure our partners assets are ready for the next customer.
We safety check and clean each asset to a set schedule.
We move assets 24/7 to ensure they are where the customer demand is at any given time.
We move assets to and from maintenance and back out to the area as required.
