Autoclenz EOT - The beginning of a new Autoclenz era!

In 2025 Autoclenz Holdings Ltd successfully completed a Landmark deal to become the first company in our Marketplace to become wholly Employee owned, with the formation of the Autoclenz EOT Ltd.

The creation of the EOT was set up to help preserve the values that continue to put people at the heart of our business, not only rewarding the people behind our success, but ensuring long-term stability for both employees and customers alike.

To create further headroom for growth, and following 10 years as Managing Director, Martin Ward will become CEO, and in recognition of outstanding service over many years, we are delighted to announce the following well-deserved promotions:


• Martin Peters - Promotion to the role of Managing Director

• Steve Jones - Promotion to the role of Regional Retail Director (Midlands and South)

• Justin Jones - Promotion to the role of Director of Rental and Logistics UK

• Jon Harding - Promotion to role of Operations Director

• Kevin Armstrong - Promotion to role of Regional Retail Director (North)

These promotions are not only thoroughly deserved but are critical to the ongoing development of both the company and its people, whilst allowing headroom for further growth into both existing and new marketplaces.

Alongside these, we are delighted to announce the promotion of Jev Derevianko to the role of Head Of South Central Retail, Andrei Soric to the role of Head Of South West Retail and Rayno Simpson to the Head Of Business for Rental and Logistics , all of whom have , and will continue, to play an integral role in the ongoing success of the Group.
