After more than a decade in the car rental industry, 2024 marked a turning point for Kenrick Joseph, a time to embrace change and pursue new challenges. With familiar faces already part of the AC-Zap by Autoclenz team, the transition felt reassuring and full of promise.

Now, a year on, Kenrick reflects on a journey marked by personal growth, professional development, and a deep sense of belonging. As Site Manager, he looks forward to another year of opportunity with a team that continues to inspire and support every step of the way.

“After over a decade in the car rental industry, 2024 made it clear to me that it was time for a new chapter. When I saw a few familiar faces already in the team, I felt reassured, like I was heading in the right direction.

From the very first day, my resilience was tested. Both of our main Managers were absent due to personal reasons, and I found myself in a position where I had to adapt quickly and help keep operations running smoothly. I wasn’t fazed, I knew the job had to be done, and I was ready to step up.

Despite being new to the company, I was met with incredible support. Every question I asked was answered, and I found myself surrounded by positive, helpful, and genuinely joyful colleagues. That made all the difference, the transition felt smooth, and I found myself smiling more often than not.

Looking back at that tough first month and seeing how far I’ve come, I’m proud of what we’ve achieved together. That smile I started with has only grown bigger. I’m truly grateful to be part of the AC-Zap team, a place where trust, opportunity, and support have helped me grow in more ways than one.

Now, I’m looking forward to another year of challenges, development, and teamwork. And to everyone who’s helped and supported me along the way, thank you.”
