AC-Zap Meet The Team! – Dmytro Neshta

Starting over in a new country didn’t intimidate Dymtro Neshta, instead it sparked a fresh drive. Joining AC-Zap by Autoclenz and supporting with the sustainable transport mission through battery replacement services was the beginning of a new chapter. As our client expanded from strength to strength, so did Dmytro’s responsibilities, progressing from battery swaps and rebalancing, through a company restructure to Team Leader, and now Site Manager.

“Like any graduate, I had to face the challenge of accepting myself, deciding what I wanted to become in the future, and choosing a career strategy. Having gone from being an employee to the owner of a small company, I had to travel extensively across Europe to keep the business afloat and develop my project, often working in several niches at once.

But in 2022, global events brought all plans to a halt, and all my efforts were redirected toward helping those in need at that time. There was a clear realisation that I would have to start from scratch in a new country, something that didn’t scare me at all.

I joined AC-Zap, a company with history and experience, and began working in the battery replacement department, a cool project, and especially valuable in a city where sustainability is a high priority. Ambition and growth went hand in hand with our client.

After a year, I moved to the rebalancing department. As the company continued to expand, so did the number of employees. This growth created a need to structure the team, which led to my promotion to Team Leader.

Management believed that simply being part of the electric bike market wasn’t enough, and the goal of becoming the best in London remained, achieved by new warehouses opening and the expansion of teams. My current role as a Site Manager is the result of the tremendous efforts of both our clients and AC-Zap.”

This journey is a testament to adaptability, ambition, and the power of teamwork. Today, Dmytro plays a key role in scaling operations and shaping the future of sustainable mobility in London, backed by dedicated teams with the same dream of a greener, sustainable future.
