Autoclenz is the UK market leader in providing vehicle preparation services to
the automotive industry. Our full range of services include; Valeting Services,
PDI, Collection & Delivery, Cosmetic Repairs, Imaging and other automotive
services. Autoclenz has more than 40 years experience in the industry,
covering the Whole UK.

The Role

Fees Administrator - 1 year contract to cover maternity leave
Salary meets NLW

Hours 9am - 3pm, Tuesday - Friday

A position has arose for someone to join our Fees team based at the
Autoclenz Ltd Head Office in Swadlincote.
We are looking for someone who demonstrates enthusiasm and initiative.
You should also be able to communicate effectively with customers and
internal staff by email and telephone and be a real team player.
Applicants should have experience of office work, be numerate and
computer literate.

Duties include:
Data input from which self bill and customer invoices will be created
Chasing customers and field management for invoice authorisation
Raising electronic payments to sub contractors
Dealing with queries from sub contractors
Answering and transferring incoming calls
Filing and general office duties
